We are a collection of investors who love to create great places to come home. We are large enough to be able to provide great support our residents. We are small enough to care personally.
We also build, remodel, and sell homes. When you are ready to make the move from renting to buying we will do our best to help. With many of our homes we even offer a lease purchase program.
